We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Cranberries Official Store; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
